Best Times to Take Cleanse for Life, Natural Accelerator & Ionix Supreme

alarm_clockWe often receive questions about when to take Cleanse for Life, Natural Accelerator and Ionix Supreme. These products are quite unique and knowing the facts can give you the greatest advantage.

 

Cleanse for Life

Although still beneficial if taken with meals, the ingredients in Cleanse for Life are best taken on an empty stomach. This allows the botanicals and nutrients to work more effectively to support natural detoxification.

Taking 1-2 oz. in the morning is great because the cleansing and antioxidant nutrients can help to guard the body from stresses of the day. However, we recommend modifying the schedule to best suit your needs.

Cleanse Days are special periods that represent “deep cleansing”. This is a time to use Cleanse for Life exclusively while allowing organs to rest and renew. Drinking 4 oz. with 4-8 oz. of cold water four times daily is recommended.  

Natural Accelerator

Natural Accelerator should not be confused with other stimulant-like products that can leave you with the “jitters.” The supplement supports healthy blood sugar levels and healthy food metabolism for energy.

It’s best taken with food on Shake Days and with snacks on Cleanse Days. When taken, you may feel a warm sensation in your stomach from ingredients such as cayenne in the product. If you feel the sensation is undesirable, you can limit taking the product for use with food. Also, avoid the product directly before exercise.

Ionix Supreme

Ionix Supreme: here’s a product with some powerful adaptogenic effects that help to harmonize the body and promote overall health. You can take Ionix Supreme any time, but earlier in the day may be better for supporting energy and stamina.

To best absorb the various nutrients in the product, take Ionix Supreme with a meal. When following an Isagenix system, taking it with IsaLean Shake is ideal.

While most people experience greater energy, it’s worth noting that the adaptogens in Ionix Supreme can affect people differently. Some consumers of Ionix Supreme have found the product to be helpful with sleep if taken before bed while others don’t. See what best suits you.
